Warranty/guarantee
• Components subject to wear or use (except clear material or manufacturer
defects), such as:
– Tyres – Saddle – Decals – Grips / Covers.
• Costs for maintenance, inspection and cleaning work.
6. Warranty claims only authorises the customer to demand the rectication of the
defect. Claims for return or reduction of the purchase price only apply after sub-
sequent improvement fails.
7. The examination and decision about a warranty claim is incumbent upon the
manufacturer/importer.
8. The compensation of direct or indirect damage will not be granted.
9. Warranty claims will only be considered if lodged with Prophete GmbH u. Co. KG
directly after nding the defect.
10. An executed warranty will neither renew nor extend the period of warranty. As-
serting warranty claims after the period of warranty has expired is precluded.
11. Arrangements other than the above-mentioned only apply if they are conrmed
by the manufacturer in writing.
