Warranty/guarantee
WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
1. You may only assert warranty claims within a period of max. 2 years as of the
purchase date. Our warranty is limited to the elimination of material and fabri-
cation defects, or the replacement of the article. Our warranty is free of charge.
The warranty only applies for one year for material and processing errors and
only upon submission of proof of purchase with specication of purchase date.
The warranty does not apply if defects other than material and processing er-
rors are determined.
The malfunction and its causes are always examined by our customer service
and includes:
• Spare parts deliveries for repair work within the scope of warranty
• Repair or replacement of the defective component
Replaced components will become our property.
2. For eligible warranty claims, the costs for shipping disassembly and installation
will be charged at our expense. Warranty claims must be veried by submitting
the proof of purchase.
3. The buyer agrees to use the purchased article for no other purpose than the
one designated in the operating instructions (refer to Intended use).
4. The warranty expires if the children's training bicycle is modied by third parties,
or changed by installing outside parts, or occurred defects are initially linked to
the change. Further, the warranty claim also expires if the regulations regarding
the handling of the product (operating instructions) were not observed.
5. Not included in the warranty:
• Expendable items not associated with repair work to recognised malfunc-
tions.
• All maintenance work or other work that developed due to wear, accident or
operating conditions as well as riding with disregard to the manufacturers'
specications.
• All events, such as noise development, vibrations, wear, etc. that do not aect
the basic and riding qualities.
• Damage caused by:
– installing parts by third parties or the eorts of the user to remedy the
damage himself.
– not using original spare parts.
– damage caused by rocks, hail, road salt, industrial emissions,
lack of care, unsuitable care products, etc.
