The following key phrases and associated illustrations are used in this manual:
‘Highlight’ Rotate the Select dial until the desired item is highlighted.
‘Select’ Push the Select dial to select the desired item.

with a finger or thumb.
‘Press and Touch one of the keys and leave your finger or thumb held down until
