⚫ Before installing battery packs, check whether they are abnormal. A battery pack is
deemed abnormal when any of the following symptoms occurs:
◼ The enclosure of the battery pack is obviously deformed or damaged.
◼ The voltage between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack is
far below the specified range.
4.1 Checking Before the Installation
Checking the Outer Packing
Before unpacking the battery, check the outer packing for damage, such as holes and
cracks, and check the battery model. If any damage is found or the battery model is not
what you requested, do not unpack the product and contact your dealer as soon as
possible.
Checking Deliverables
After unpacking the battery, check that the deliverables are intact and complete, and free
from any obvious damage. If any item is missing or damaged, contact your dealer.
