Using Power Control Management
The Java RSM Power Control Management function controls the power state of remote servers. The utility en-
ables the administrator to power on/off, or reset remote server power locally or remotely. The addition of a
scheduling function enables the administrator to manage server power status at specified dates and times.

Changing Remote Server Power States
To change individual or multiple server power states, perform the following steps:
1. Select Immediate and choose the desired power status from the drop down menu.
2. Select the servers to receive the state change signal in the Power Status panel.

3. Click Submit. The requested power state change takes effect immediately.
