3 Application Interfaces
3.1. General Description
EC25 is equipped with 80 LCC pads plus 64 LGA pads that can be connected to cellular application
platform. The subsequent chapters will provide detailed descriptions of the following functions/pins/
interfaces.
 Power supply
 (U)SIM interface
 USB interface
 UART interfaces
 PCM and I2C interfaces
 SD card interface
