In the “steam” cooking mode, the steam generator generates hygienic fresh steam. You can
set the cooking cabinet temperature from 30 °C to 130 ℃ .
Cooking methods: Steaming, stewing, blanching, simmering, soaking, vacuum cooking,
thawing, preserving

1 Choose the “steam” mode.

To preheat, turn the selection button anti-
clockwise as far as it will go. “PreEH” is shown
on the display. The end of preheating is
indicated by an acoustic signal and “LoAd” on
the display.

Set the required temperature. The standard
value is boiling temperature.
4 Press the button to set the cooking time.

Set the required cooking time e.g. 1 h and 6
min. For continuous operation turn the selection
button clockwise as far as it will go.

Or alternatively press the “core temperature”
button and set the required core temperature.
5 Choose the required core temperature.
