Why is my Raven Cruizer II GPS showing no GPS (yellow or red status)?
    • S

Check the antenna cable connection on both the Raven Cruizer II console and the antenna itself, and tighten any loose connections. Also, check the antenna port on the back of the Cruizer II console for a 5V signal, using the metal surround of the antenna port as ground. If you're using a helix-style antenna, connect the antenna cable and test the voltage at the antenna end using the same procedure. Make sure the antenna has a clear 360° view of the sky, free from obstructions like buildings, trees, and other objects that could interfere with reception.

      Anna CastroAug 23, 2025
Ensure that the Raven Cruizer II console is receiving +12V DC. If the Cruizer II turns on but doesn't start up properly or shows a partially blank screen, verify that the voltage to the Cruizer II system is at least +9.5V DC and no more than +15V DC. Also, check that the LED on the accessory power adapter plug is lit green when inserted. If the LED isn't lit, make sure the plug is fully inserted into the machine’s accessory port or cigarette lighter, and check the fuse in the adapter plug, replacing it if necessary.
