Contactor Fuses
Installation Instructions
Locate (1) pair of the 12V wires (yellow/green & green).
The yellow/green wire goes to the small LH post
the RH contactor and the solid green wires goes to
small RH post (Fig. E). Secure using M4 flat
lock washer and nut using a 7mm socket and wrench.
Locate the 75A Fuse, the Single Fuse Holder, (1) 1/4-
20 SS Nylock Nut, and (2) M6 SS Flat Washers (Fig. F).
Locate the (+) red battery plug wire and mount to
75A fuse. Place an M6 flat washer over the fuse
followed by the red battery wire, another flat
and then a Nylock nut (Fig. G). Tighten the nut
the 7/16” wrench.
Mount the Singe Fuse Assembly to the large LH
of the LH Contactor as shown in Fig. H. Place
other end of the short contactor jumper wire and
brown 48 V battery charge wire on followed by an
flat washer, an M8 lock washer and an M8 nut.
Tighten
using a 14mm socket and wrench.
10. Locate the second pair of the 12V wires (yellow/green
& green). The yellow/green wire goes to the small
post on the LH contactor and the solid green
goes to the small RH post (Fig. J). Secure using
flat washer, lock washer and nut using a 7mm
and wrench.
11. Locate the (4) Black Rubber Caps and place over the
(4) small terminal posts on each of the contactors

12. On the LH contactor, use an 8mm socket and wrench to
remove the (2) M5 x 12mm mounting screws
the contactor to the frame and replace with (2) M5 x
