Remove Drive Motor Control
POWER OFF AND REMOVE KEY.
1.
Locate the bracket on the right side (if seated) of the
MPV. Use the 10mm T-Handle to remove the (2) bolts
- (1) on top (Fig. A) and (1) on bottom (Fig. B) -
on
the bracket. If necessary, use a 10mm wrench on
the
bottom bolt.
Locate the PCB Board. Remove the (2) bolts - top
and
bottom - using the 8mm T-Handle (Fig. C). Push
PCB
board gently to the side. It may be necessary to
use
a 10mm T-Handle as some PCB mounting bolts
are
larger.
Locate and use the 8mm T-Handle to remove the

Side Panel mounting bolts (Fig. D).
Locate the Drive Motor Control and use the 10mm T-
Handle to remove (4) 10mm bolts - (2) on each
side
(Fig. E).
Locate the yellow junction box below the drive motor
control and remove (2) screws using a
phillips
screwdriver. Remove the cover of the junction
box
(Fig. F).
Use the 10mm T-Handle to remove (3) 10mm nuts
on
the junction box (Fig. G). Remove DMC wiring
from
terminal posts.
Locate the 48V positive & negative wiring and plastic
