Installing the Drive Motor Control
IMPORTANT: Turn off power & remove key.
1.
Locate Drive Motor Control and route the red and black
power cables under the top of frame and up to the
power/ground posts (Fig. A)
Tilt top of DMC toward unit and guide it under the PCB
Board bracket. Bring DMC up and into the unit until the
(4) mounting holes line up (Fig. B).
Hand start the screw then use the drill and 10mm socket
with extension to tighten the (4) M8 x 20mm mounting
bolts (2 per side) until the DMC is secured to the frame
(Fig. C & D).
Locate the (3) motor cables (yellow, blue, green) and
route them to the yellow junction box. Slide each one
onto the post with the matching color (Fig. E).
Tighten each cable to junction box using 10mm T-
Handle and a M6 Hex Nut, Flat Washer and Lock
Washer (Fig. F).
IMPORTANT: Ensure that all nuts are tight. Look for
stripped posts and nuts.
QC INSPECTION: Steps 3 - 5 must be checked and
verified by Quality Control.
