Work Instructions
11.
Replace the top and bottom 8 or 10 mm bolts (Fig I & J).
12.
QC INSPECTION: Steps 7 – 11 must be verified by
Quality Control.
13.
Re-attach the switch cover.
14.
Replace the fender extension with the 5 mm Allen
wrench.
15.
QC INSPECTION: Steps 12 and 13 must be verified by
Quality Control.
16.
Close the service hatch.

Place the old PCB board in a box marked for quarantine.
