Handgun Operation:
1. Turn Ratio Rate mode ON through Data Menu.
2. Enter the desired ratio rate for products 2-5.
3. Place all boom switches to the OFF position.
4. Place the master switch to ON.
5. Put product 1 in manual mode. Adjust pressure using the INC/DEC switch.
6. Put products to be injected in automatic mode.
7. When handgun is operated, the injection pump(s) will run. When handgun is OFF, the injection pump(s) will
shut off. The master switch overrides injection pump operation.
Note: Determine pump setting for hand gun operation. Pump setting may be different than standard
operation.
Where V/MPump = the Pump Volume per Minute, RRC = Ratio Rate Cal, and V/MP1 = the Volume per
Minute for Product 1.
8. Proceed to pump output chart to determine correct pump setting.
Note: After returning to standard operating mode, the ratio rate cal numbers are retained in the console
memory.
The flow switch used must match capacity of hand gun operation. Flow switch must be normally
open.
