Raven Standard USB - Error Conditions and Solutions

Error Conditions
If there is error during scanning, the LED light will be flashing in red color and error
drawing will be displayed. Refer to the following table to clear the error conditions.

Paperjam
1. Original has become
stuck in the feeder.
2. Original exceeds max.
length.
Open the feeder cover and
pull the original out of the
feeder.
Cover Open
Feeder cover is open.
Close the feeder cover.
Multi-Feed
More than one piece of
paper fed into the feeder.
1. Remove the paper.
2. Fan the paper for several
times.
3. Make sure the edge of
paper near the paper guide
and try again.
