Openingapdfdocument
YoucanopenpdfdocumentsstoredonanSDcardbyfollowing
thestepsbelow.
Note:WhensavingpdfdocumentstoSDcards,ensureyoudo
notoverwriteimportantdata.
1.SavetherequiredpdfdocumenttoSDcard.
2.InserttheSDcardintotheSDcardslotofthemultifunction
displayyouwishtoviewthedocumenton.
3.SelectMenu.
4.SelectOpenFile.
Thelebrowserdialogisdisplayed.
5.BrowsetothelocationontheSDcardwhereyousavedthe
documentto.
6.Selectthedocumentyouwanttoview.
Thedocumentwillnowopen.
7.Ifthe‘CannotOpenFile’errormessageisdisplayedthenselect
Oktoconrmandthentryopeningthedocumentagainorcheck
thatthepdfisnotcorruptedorwhetheritcontainssecuritywhich
isnotsupportedbythedocumentviewerapplication.
Note:Largelesizepdfdocumentsmaytakeawhiletoopen.
Browsinganopendocument
Ontouchscreendisplaysyoucanbrowsepdfdocumentsasdetailed
below.
Withapdfdocumentopen:
•Moveyourngeruptoscrolldownthedocument.
•Moveyourngerdowntoscrollupthedocument.
Whenthedocumentwidthisgreaterthanthewidthofthe
applicationwindow,moveyourngerleftorrighttopanthe
widthofthedocument.
Note:Youcanalsousethescrollbarstonavigatethroughthe
document.
Browsinganopendocument
OnHybridTouchandnon-touchdisplaysyoucanbrowsepdf
documentsbyfollowingthestepsbelow.
Withapdfdocumentopen:
1.MovetheJoystickUporDowntomoveupanddownthrough
thedocument.
2.MovetheJoystickLeftorRighttopanleftandright.
Changingthezoomfactor
Ontouchscreendisplaysyoucanchangethezoomfactorofthe
opendocumentbyfollowingthestepsbelow.
Withapdfdocumentopen:
1.Selecttheon-screenZoominicontozoomin,or
2.Selecttheon-screenZoomouticontozoomout.
