Important:Whensettinguponamultipleenginesystem,enginesshouldalwaysbeturnedonin
sequencefromporttostarboard.

theengineidenticationwizard.
FromtheHomescreen:
1.SelectSet-up>SystemSettings>External
Devices>EnginesSet-up.
2.Ifrequiredchangethenumberofenginesyour
vesselhasbyselectingNum.ofEngines:and
enteringthecorrectnumberofengines.
Youcanselectupto5engines.
3.SelectIdentifyengines.
Important:Itisimportantthatonlyoneengineis
runningatatime,toensurethatthesystemcan
isolatethecorrectenginedatamessage.
4.Followtheonscreenpromptstocompletethe
engineidenticationwizard.
Theenginesthatwillbeincludedinthe
identicationwizardaredeterminedbythe
Numberofenginessetduringstep2above.
i.SwitchOffALLvesselenginesandselect
Next.
Thewizardwillrunthroughallengines(max
of5asdenedinstep2above)fromportto
starboardinsequence.
ii.TurnOntheportengineandselectOK.
Thewizardwillnowlistenfordataandassign
theengineinstanceastheportengine.
iii.TurnOnthecenterportengineandselect
OK.
Thewizardwillnowlistenfordataandassign
theengineinstanceasthecenterportengine.
iv.TurnOnthecenterengineandselectOK.
Thewizardwillnowlistenfordataandassign
theengineinstanceasthecenterengine.
v.TurnOnthecenterstarboardengineand
selectOK.
