2.SelecttheGOTOWAYPOINTOPTIONSsoftkey.
3.SelecttheSTOPGOTOsoftkey.
4.Alternatively,inthechartapplication,positionthecursoroverthe
activewaypoint,andselecttheSTOPGOTOsoftkey.
Note:Oncenavigationisnolongeractive,thewaypointsymbol
returnstoitsnormalunboxedstate,andthedashedlinebetween
yourvesselandthewaypointisremoved.
Waypointinformation
Whenyoucreateawaypoint,thesystemassignsanumberofpieces
ofinformationregardingthelocationmarked.Youcanviewandedit
thedetailsofanywaypointthathasbeencreatedandstored.
Thefollowinginformationisassignedorcapturedforeachwaypoint:
•Name
•Position(asLat/Lonandrange/bearingfromvessel)
•Temperature(requiresappropriatesensor,onlyforwaypoints
capturedatthevesselposition)
•Depth(requiresappropriatesensor,onlyforwaypointscaptured
atthevesselposition)
•Dateandtime
•Comment—Youcanaddyourowntextcommentstoawaypoint.
•Symbol—Adefaultsymbolisassigned,oryoucanselectan
alternative.
