representative/dealerintherstinstance.For

enginedataonalegacyMFDorInstrumentDisplay
isdetailedbelow.
Important:Youmust:
•EnsurethatyourMFD/InstrumentDisplayis
runningthelatestsoftwareversion.Referto
www.raymarine.com/software/todownloadthe
latestsoftware.
•ForengineswithaNMEA2000CANbus,ensure
thattheCANbusisoutputtingtherelevantPGN
messagesthatincludetheengineinstancedata.
Ifindoubt,pleasecontactyourenginedealer.
•Onlyspecicenginecongurationsarecurrently
supportedbylegacyMFDsandInstrument
Displays.
•Makethedataconnections,accordingtothe
instructionsprovidedwithyourproduct.
•Ensurealldatabusesarepoweredup(including
allengineCANdatabuses,gateways,andalso
theSeaTalk
ng®
bus).
•Starttheengine.Ensurethatyoufollowany
applicablesequencingrules,asspeciedinthe
“Engineinstancingandsetup”information.
•Selectthe“EngineDataPage”onyourMFD/
InstrumentDisplayandensurethattheengine
dataisdisplayedcorrectly.Youmayneedto
congureacustomdatapagecontaininga
specicarrangementofdatadials.Referto

informationonhowtodothis.
