instrument:
Providesdepthinformationineitherfeet(FT)ormetres(M).
Enablesyoutodenealarmthresholdsforshallowalarm,deep
alarm,shallowanchoralarmanddeepanchoralarm.
Providesspeedinformation(current,maximumandaverage),in
eitherknots(KTS),milesperhour(MPH)orkilometersperhour
(KPH).
Velocitymadegood(VMG)information,VMGisonlyavailable
whenconnectedtoSeaTalkorSeaTalk
ng
networkwhichalso
containsacompatiblewindtransducer.
Provideslogandtripinformation.Thesearegivenineither
nauticalmiles(NM),statutemiles(M)orkilometers(KM).
Provideswatertemperatureinformation.Thisisgivenineither
degreescelsius(ºC)ordegreesfahrenheit(ºF).
Providescountupandracestarttimerfunctions.
Note:Depthinformationisobtainedfromthedepthtransducer
connectedtotheunit.However,whentheinstrumentisconnected
toaSeaT alknetwork,whichcontainsacompatiblesonarmodule
(shnder)thedepthinformationisprovidedbythesonarmodule
whilstitisswitchedon.
Itshouldbenotedthat:
TherequiredunitsofmeasurementaresetduringUsercalibration.
Up/Downdepth-trendarrowsaredisplayed,iftheseabedis
risingorfallingatasignicantrate.
Thelogscreenshowsthetotaldistancecoveredbythevessel
sincetheunitwastted.
Maximumspeed,averagespeedandtripreadingareresetto
zeroatpowerup.
Ifforanyreasondepthinformationislost,thedepthtitlewillash
andthedisplayedvaluewillbethelastknowndepthreading.
