PERIODIC CONTROL,
MAINTENANCE
AND SAFETY CHECKS
1) The machine must be inspected by a quali ed technician who checks its safety
conditions or for any damage or defects in the following cases:
• » Before commissioning.
• » After modi cations and repairs.
• » Periodically, in accordance with the table "Maintenance and control
operations".
2) Every six months, check the e ciency of the safety devices; the inspection
must be performed by quali ed personnel trained for this purpose. To ensure the
e ciency of the safety devices, the machine must be serviced by an authorised
workshop every 5 years.
3) The person responsible for machine management must perform an annual
check on its status. This check must establish whether the machine always corre-
sponds to the prescribed technical safety provisions. After the check, a label must
be applied to the machine which testi es that testing has taken place.

OPERACIONES PERIÓDICAS DE
CONTROL Y MANTENIMIENTO Y
CONTROLES DE SEGURIDAD
1) La máquina debe inspeccionarla un técnico especializado que controle las
condiciones de seguridad de la misma o la presencia de posibles daños o defec-
tos en los casos siguientes:
• Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento.
• Después de efectuar modi caciones o reparaciones.
• Periódicamente, como indica la tabla “Operaciones de control y mante-
nimiento”.
2) Cada seis meses controle que los dispositivos de seguridad funcionen; deben
inspeccionarlos personal especializado y habilitado para ello. Para garantizar el
buen funcionamiento de los dispositivos de seguridad, debe revisarse la máq-
uina cada 5 años en un taller autorizado.
3) El responsable de la gestión de la máquina debe controlar anualmente el esta-
do de la misma. Durante este control debe reconocer si la máquina cumple con
las disposiciones de seguridad técnica que se prescriben. Cuando  nalice el con-
trol, debe colocar una placa de prueba efectuada, en la máquina.
