6. Alarms
In the event of an alarm situation, the corresponding LED
diode will light on the pump, an audible signal will sound
and the alarm code will appear on the display. This is to pay
the user's / patient's attention to the mattress
malfunctioning. The table with the alarm codes can be
found on page 23. When more than one alarm situation
occurs at the same time, messages will appear in
accordance with the set priority presented in the table
"Alarm codes" (p. 23)
Power failure alarm
Runs in the following situations:
- power failure
- disconnection of the power cord when the pump
is running
- switching off the pump directly by pressing the
button on the side
If the pump has not been used for more than 3 months, it
may need about 6 hours of operation for the alarm to work
again.
Low pressure alarm
The LED starts flashing and a beep sounds when the
pressure inside the mattress is abnormally low for at
least 4 minutes. The alarm can be muted with the alarm
mute button , but if the cause of its activation is not
remedied, it will switch on again.
Service alarm
The LED will light up and a beep will sound if the pump
fails.
Simultaneously with the alarm indicator, the display will
show the alarm code (Table with the alarm codes can be
found on page 23).
7. Setting the cycle time
The cycle time of the system can be adjusted in the range
of 10-30 minutes in 5-minute intervals by pressing the
button. The selected time is shown on the display.
