INSTALLATION
OPTIONAL BAY DOOR
The Bay louvers MUST be used
with the Bay glass option.
The optional Bay door is an overlay on the
fl ush front. The standard fl ush door and glass
must remain on the unit.
1) Hook the top of the bay door over the fl ush
door fl ange and swing the bottom against
the bottom fl ange of the fl ush door.
2) Secure to the fl ush door bottom bracket with
2 screws provided.

FLUSH LOUVERS
1) Install the top louver by sliding the two
bracket clips into the brackets located
underneath the top of the fi rebox.
2) Install the bottom louver by folding the louver
down and then sliding the Bottom Louver
bracket down onto the 2 pins on the base
of the unit (Diagram1). Secure with 1 screw
(Diagram 2).
Note: Top and
bottom louvers
are different.
3) Open the bottom louver. Pull the Burner
ON/OFF control box from inside the bottom
of the fi replace and position the slots in the
bracket over the 2 screws on the left side
of the bottom louver. Push down to lock into
place. Tighten the screws.

Note: If any maintenance etc. must be
done in the fi rebox, fi rst remove the
Bay louvers and door.
OPTIONAL BAY TRIM
Attach the 4 supplied magnets, each to the
back of the top and bottom trim pieces (space
out evenly) and attach trim to the top and bot-
tom of Bay door.
DOUBLE SCREEN
DOOR
1) Pull out the top louver.
2) Center the screen door and hook over the
fl ush door.
3) Open the screen door(s) and secure the
screen door to the fl ush door front with 2 clips
on the bottom left and right side.
