4 For modem connections, select the Advanced button to review and modify the
default modem settings in the Modem Setup dialog box, then proceed to Step
6.

5 For direct connections, enter the port that RC-Toolkit will access on the PC,
corresponding to the physical port that the direct connection cable is plugged
into. The correct port number can be obtained by opening Device Manager on
the PC.

6 For modem or direct connections, select the MSet Tool and choose the
appropriate protocol in the Select Protocol dialog box. For MACH-
Pro(Web)Com controllers running version 8 firmware, always select the BACnet
button.
