ROOF BARS
3.58
Storage position
For aerodynamic reasons, the roof
rack bars 1 should be positioned
right at the rear of the vehicle.
Moving the bars
Lift lever 2 on each side towards the
inside of the vehicle to release the
bar (movement A).
Slide bar 1 into the desired position.
Push back lever 2 on each side to
attach the bar (movement B). Check
that the bonnet is correctly locked.
Loading
Distribute the load evenly and do
not exceed the maximum
permissible weight as indicated on
each bar (refer to the Weight
information in Section 6).
Ensure that the objects and/or
accessories to be transported are
secure. Apertures 3 are for passing a
strap through.
The two bars should be far enough
apart to avoid any risk of tilting or
losing the load.
