Curtain airbag
This airbag fitted (depending on the
vehicle) along the upper sides of the
vehicle–theyinflatealongthefront
and rear door side windows to protect
thepassengersintheeventofase-
vere side impact.
Central airbag
This airbag fitted to the driver's seat
and deployed between the driver's
seat and the passenger seat in order
to protect the driver and passenger in
the event of a severe side impact.
It also spreads out to protect the driver,
if they are the only one in the front, in
the event of a severe side impact.
