Bonnet
To open, pull the handle 1 located on
the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Before carrying out any
operation in the engine
compartment, you must
switch off the ignition.
Avoidplacinganypres-
sureontheenginebon-
net: risk of the bonnet
closing by accident.
Unlocking the bonnet catch
To unlock, push the lever 2 to the left
while raising the bonnet.
Pleasenotewhenwork-
ing close to the engine
that it may be hot. The
engine cooling fan may
also start at any moment. The
labelintheenginecom-
partment reminds you of this.

Opening the bonnet
Raisethebonnetandguideit–the
bonnet is held up by two struts 3 .
Whenworkingintheen-
ginecompartment,en-
sure that the windscreen
wiper stalk is in the park
position.

Closing the bonnet
Before closing the bonnet, make sure
that nothing has been left in the engine
compartment.
