What to do if my Revitive Fitness Equipment has no power?

If your Revitive Fitness Equipment isn't powering on, first ensure the AC adapter is properly connected to both the electrical socket and the device, and that the socket is switched on. If it still doesn't work, contact your authorized dealer. Alternatively, if the battery is flat, plug the device into an electrical socket to charge it or use the mains power option.
