1. Memory card may be full
or malfunctioning
2. Image not being saved
before the device is
powered off
1. Reformat memory card or
replace with a new one
2. Make sure to stop recording
before shutting down
All buttons are not
responding
1. Processing error or faulty
device operation
2. Memory card may contain
errors, or is damaged
1. Press the RESET button to
restart the camera
2. Reformat memory card or
replace with a new card
Device will not
turn on
Battery may be depleted
Charge the battery
Screen powers off
unexpectedly
1. Screen Saver feature is
enabled
2. Low battery
1. Disable Screen Saver
feature
2. Charge the battery
Unable to record
videos
1. Memory card may be full
2. If Loop Recording has
been enabled, memory
card may be corrupted
1. Check remaining space on
memory card and delete
