RR system with non-contact magnet type maintenance-free torque limiter
Tray Set (Size)
Detection
Three switches detect paper size.
Paper size is fixed by the side fence. Trays 4 and 5 are determined by the
movement of the detector. Tray 6 can be changed in SP mode.
Tray is lifted by the lift motor and timing belt.
It is lowered using a free fall system.
Remaining Paper
Detection
Feeler and four photo interrupters detect remaining paper.
Detected by a reflex type sensor on the upper stay.
The clutch is abolished; this is now controlled by a combination of pre-feed
and main feed based on imaging timing.
Service option (AC, 15W×2, PTC heater)
When the tray is overloaded, a bracket stops it from being set in.
