5.1 Removing the Cleaning Unit for Intermediate
Transfer Belt
1. Make sure that the system is turned off and the machine power cord is
disconnected from the power source.
2. Spread a drop cloth or some paper in front of the machine.
3. Open the left and right front covers.
The cleaning unit for intermediate transfer belt is located below the
Photoconductor and Development Units (PCDUs) near the center of the
machine.

4. Remove the two black screws and cover.
