The command sets or queries the IP address of instrument.

Explanations:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:IPADdress"<address>": Set the IP address.
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:IPADdress?[{CURRent|STATic}]: Query current IP
address. ―CURRent‖ denotes current IP address; STATic denotes static IP
address.
If DHCP is ON, the IP address set by manual is invalid.
If DHCP is OFF, the multimeter will use the static IP address, Subnet Mask, and
Default Gateway during power-on.
Return Format:
The query returns current IP address.
12. SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:MAC?
Command Format:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:MAC?
Function:
The command queries MAC (Media Access Control) address, that is link layer
address.
Explanations:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:MAC?: Query the MAC address. The MAC address can
be changed.
Return Format:
The query returns the MAC address in form of XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX. For example:
00-01-02-03-04-05.
