CAT I（1000V）
IEC Measurement Category I. The maximum voltage can be measured by
HI-LO terminal is 1000Vpk.
CAT II（300V）
IEC Measurement Category II. Inputs may be connected to mains (up to
300VAC) in the case of overvoltage in Category II.
