All Rinnai water heaters are equipped with a control panel for general appliance
control, hot water temperature selection and diagnostic functions. The control
panel allows you to have full control over the appliance and to adapt it in a
simple and immediate way to the use of hot water according to your needs.
In the indoor models, the control panel is integrated on the front panel of the
appliance and cannot be removed; in the outdoor models, the control panel is available as a remote control to be
connected to the appliance by means of a cable that can be remotely installed in a domestic environment.
The outdoor models can operate without connecting the remote control: the operation of the appliance remains the
accessories. However, only one control panel can be set as ‘Master’ (or main): normally this is the one placed in the
kitchen is selected. The additional control panels are automatically designated as ‘Sub’ (or secondary) commands and
are usually installed in environments such as the bathroom, the laundry, etc.
The maximum temperature available for secondary controls is always limited to 50°C from the system: this is to ensure
maximum comfort of use and above all to prevent the risk of burns during use in the environments in which they are
