orreplacementofanysuchpart
orcomponentduringtheterm ofthelaborwarrantyperiod.Allrepairparts
mustbegenuineRinnaiparts.Allrepairsorreplacementsmustbeperformedbyalicensedprofessionalthatis
properlytrained,statequalifiedorlicensedtodothetypeofrepair.
Replacementoftheproductmay be
authorizedbyRinnaionlyatitssolediscreƟon.Rinnaido esnotauthorize
anypersonorcompanytoassumeforitanyobligaƟonorliabilityinconnecƟonwiththereplacementofthe
product.IfRinnaideterminesthatrepairofaproductisnotpossible,Rinnaimayreplacetheproduct
witha
comparableproductatRinnai’s soledi scre Ɵon.IfacomponentorproductreturnedtoRinnaiisfoundtobefree
ofdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship,ordamagedbyimproperinstallaƟonordamagedduringreturnshipping,
thewarrantyclaimforproduct,partsandlabormaybedenied.

whereanonͲdemandrecirculaƟonsystemisnotincorporated.
 OnͲdemand recirculaƟonisdefinedasahotwaterrecirculaƟnglooporsystemthatuƟlizesexisƟnghotandcoldlinesoradedicated
