6.2.1 Duty cycle
It is essential that you obey the permitted controller duty cycle of 20% (drive for max. 2 minutes
and then rest for 8 minutes), in order to avoid damage.
You must take note of drive duty cycle. This can sometimes be lower. You will find the stipulated
duty cycles on the maker's plate.
Please note that no duty cycle is set on the controller as delivered ex works!
In order to protect controllers and drives against damage, enable the duty cycle limiter during
configuration (see section 7.7).
If you do not obey the duty cycles, you can damage controllers and drives!
