BAND (1) LooptheendoftheBANDthroughthelowerpartoftheHANGERasshowninthefigureat
right.ThesideoftheBANDthathasthefoldedtipshouldbefacingoutwards.Then,bringthe
end of the BAND back over the HANGER and thread the remaining length of the BAND
through the BUCKLE. Tighten the BUCKLE by pushing it towards the HANGER in the
directionof thearrow shownin the drawing while pulling on the BAND in the opposite
direction.
(2) AfterattachingtheBAND,tightentheBUCKLEtotheHANGER.TugstronglyattheBANDto
makesurethattheBANDissecureandwillnotcomeundone.
(3) AttachtheHOOKatthebottomoftheBANDtotheringontheframe.VerifythattheBAND
isnottwisted.

