Powering the meter on and off
3 Slide the battery compartment back onto
the meter and close it.
The meter powers itself on after the
batteries have been inserted.
1 Place the meter on a level, vibration-free
surface, or hold it in your hand so it is
roughly horizontal.
2 Power the meter on by pressing the
button for approximately 1 second.
You can also power on the meter directly by
inserting a test strip or connecting the power
adapter.
3 To power the meter off after use, press the
button for approximately 1 second.
