Loading the Stage
Pull the purification rack all the way out of the stage.
Handle the purification rack carefully because of its imbalance. Do not place it on the load flap, to
prevent it from falling off.
Place an empty MagNA Pure 96 Output Plate in position 4 of the purification rack.
Place the processing cartridge with the pre-pipetted samples in position 1 of the purification rack.
Ensure that the barcode labels of both plates face left so that they can be read by the barcode reader
during the resource check.
Insert the purification rack back into the stage.
Insert the rack carefully so as not to spill the samples onto the stage.
Press the purification rack into the stage until its outline is displayed in blue on the Stage sub-tab.
