A wrinkled transfer ribbon can lead to print image errors.
Transfer ribbon deflection can be adjusted to help prevent
wrinkles.
1. Turn the ribbon adjustment screw (1) with a Torx
wrench TX10 and observe the ribbon.
– Turn clockwise to tighten the outer edge of the
transfer ribbon.
– Turn counterclockwise to tighten the inner edge of
the transfer ribbon.
