Start the PowerFlex 525 Start-Up Wizard Again so we can use it to Bump the motor and Auto Tune.
34. Click on the Wizards button and Select the PowerFlex 525 Startup Wizard and Click the Select button to
launch the PowerFlex 525 Startup wizard.
35. Below is the Welcome screen for the PowerFlex 525 Startup Wizard. Click the” Direction Test” button to proceed with
exploring the startup wizard
.
36. Enter a Safe Speed in Hertz for the Reference and the click on the Green Push Button
37.
Press Stop
button to stop finish the Direction Test. If the rotation direction is not correct the drive can be
powered down and any 2 motor leads can be swapped either at the drive or the motor.
