The gain for stabilization loop.
Default = 250%
Increase 100 of A584 [PM Stable 2 Kp] for each trial if fault F064 (Drive
overload) is experienced at high load.
Applicable to open loop tuning especially for sPM motor. In most cases,
the default value will work.
