Activate the generator as follows:
Press PRESET
Set FREQ – CENTER – 100 MHz
Set SPAN 10 MHz
Press NETWORK hotkey
Press EXT SOURCE softkey
Press GENERATOR softkey
Select generator type
Set IEC/IEEE? to TTL
Set GPIB address to address of generator
Select remote mode
Press FREQUENCY SWEEP softkey:
Set state to ON
Set EXT SRC softkey to ON
R&S R&S FSP carries out a single sweep. The resulting trace is displayed as a horizontal
line at –30 dBm.
