Selecting the Ink Mode
Be sure to make the selection of the ink mode when switching on the power for the rst time.
Procedure
Close the front cover.

If the main power switch is on, then switch it off.

White/Metallic Silver Mode
Hold down and , switch on the main power switch.
White Mode
Hold down and , switch on the main power switch.
When a message appears on the display screen, release the operation-panel buttons.
IMPORTANT
Selection of the ink mode can be made only once, when installing ink cartridges for the rst
time after the unit has shipped from the factory. Once ink-lling has been started, the ink mode
cannot be changed. Select it with care.
