5.2 Common Troubleshooting Procedures
5.2.1 Password Loss
Press the Reset button for more than 5 seconds to restore the device to factory default settings and reset the
system login password.
5.2.2 System LED Error
Cut off all power supplies first. Check if the cables of the cabinet have been correctly connected and the power
socket is functional. Check whether the power cord is tightly connected to the cabinet power socket. Check
whether the power cord is tightly connected and the adapter DC connector works properly.
5.2.3 PoE Power Supply Fault
If PoE does not work on some ports, please check whether the power supply is turned off by the software on
those ports. Check whether the PoE power is sufficient. If not, only ports with higher priority will be powered.
