It allows you to set the temperature that the machine will reach after having re-
mained inactive for several minutes (without having dispensed a beverage). This
function helps to compensate for the natural temperature drop. By pressing EN-
TER, the blinking cursor appears. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to modify the va-
lue. Press ENTER again to confirm.
It allows you to set the time: minutes, day, month and year. By pressing EN-
TER, the blinking cursor appears on the hour. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to
modify the number. Press ENTER again to confirm. The cursor moves to the
minutes. Repeat the same procedure for the other times. Follow the same
procedure to program the date. After the last confirmation (ENTER), you au-
tomatically exit the modification mode and the new numbers are saved.
It allows you to write the message which appears on the display when the
machine is in stand-by mode. By pressing ENTER, the blinking cursor appe-
ars under the first character on the left. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to
change the characters on the display. Press ENTER to confirm and the cur-
sor moves to the next character. Carry out the same procedure for all cha-
racters that can be programmed. Upon completion of the message, the ma-
chine automatically exits this mode.

It allows you to pre-select decaffeinated soluble coffee by means of button ref.
6 (Fig. 23). By pressing this button before selecting the product, the bean cof-
fee will automatically be replaced by decaffeinated soluble coffee (container n.
5). If option “

YES” is chosen in the beverage programming menu, you will
be required to set the dispensing values for decaffeinated coffee in all bevera-
ges where coffee is foreseen.
As an incentive for using the special key or the Saeco Card, it allows you to
set multiple dispensing when the special key or the Saeco Card is used. It
permits you to select which beverages and the number of beverages to be di-
spensed in the multiple beverage dispensing mode. The first line will remain
the same for the following steps, while the second line will display the num-
ber of consecutive beverages.
By pressing ENTER, the blinking cursor appears. Use the “+” and “-” buttons
to set a new value between 01 and 10.
Press ENTER again to confirm the set value. The message appears di-
splaying the activated beverages (
YESYES
YESYES
YES) for multiple dispensing.
Press the “+” and “-” buttons to move to the next menu indicating the disa-
bled beverages (
NONO
NONO
NO).
To activate or disable a beverage, move to the relevant menu and push the beve-
rage selection button corresponding to the beverage to be activated or disabled.
