Encrypt data (applications,
les, etc.) in this terminal.
If it is encrypted, entering
password is needed each
time you turn on the power
of this terminal.
• It takes long to encrypt
this terminal data. Charge
the battery fully and then
start encrypting while the
plug is connected. Keep
charging until encryption
is complete.
• To decrypt, from the
Home screen,
→
"Settings" → "General" tab
→ "Security" → "Decrypt
device" and follow the
onscreen instructions.
Encrypt external
SD card

Encrypt data saved in
a microSD card no to
be used on the other
terminal or a PC.
• To decrypt, from the
Home screen,
→
"Settings" → "General"
tab → "Security" →
"Encrypt external SD
card" → Unmark the
items you want to
decrypt and follow the
onscreen instructions.
