Troubleshooting
• First, check if software update is needed and if
it is necessary, update the software (P.589).
• When problems do not improve after checking
the following items, contact the phone number
written in "Repairs" on the back cover (in
Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specied repair
oce.
Cannot

terminal
(cannot use
the terminal).

is frozen,
cannot turn

• Restart the terminal forcibly
by pressing and holding
(Power/Screen lock key) for
more than seven seconds
when the screen is frozen or
