•Symptom:
Image(Front/Backsideofpaper)iscontaminatedwithtoner
•Cause:
Toneriscontaminatedonthesurfaceofpressure-pollerwithlowcoverage,mainlysimplex,andlowdutyjobs.
•Troubleshooting
1)InstallVx.D6.08orlatestversion.
2)Makesure‘CleanFuser’functionissetto‘Auto’.
Vx.D6.08orlaterversionhasAuto‘CleanFuser’functionasdefault.
Ifyouareusing‘On’modepreviously,thatpre-existingsettingvaluewillbekeptasbefore.Otherwise,itwillbe
changedto‘Auto’.
Youcanuse‘On’modeandsetdesiredintervalasyouneed.
(SVCmode→ServiceFunctions→CleanFuser→Auto)
3)Toexecutefusercleaningfunctionmanually,press‘ExecuteNow’.
4)Repeatstep’3)’upto6timesuntilyoucannotndanycontaminationonthefusercleaningsheet.
Ifthecontaminationonthefusercleaningsheetstillexists,youmayneedtocleanthepressure-rollerwithsoft
brushorscraperwithcare.
a)Openthefuserjamcover.Remove3screws.And,removethebrush.
