The Camcorder : Basic Recording

When you have recorded something that you wish to keep, you can protect from being
accidentally erased .
a. Protecting a Cassette:
Push the Write Protect Tab on the cassette so that the hole is uncovered.
b. Removing Cassette Protection:
If you no longer wish to keep the recording on the cassette, push the Write Protect Tab back so
that it covers the hole.

Avoid places with magnets or magnetic interference for cassette tape storage. Electromagnetic
fields may affect the recordings.

Avoid humid and dew prone places.
✤
Keep the cassette in an upright position and avoid storing it in direct sunlight.
✤
Avoid dropping your cassette tapes.
