You can use most of the camera’s functions when recording to a SMC or built-in memory.
(ex) DSE, program AE, shutter, white balance and other manual adjustment.

“ MEM.” appears on the screen while recording to card or memory.
■
While recording or loading the image, do not eject or insert the Smart Media Card.
– Inserting or ejecting the Smart Media Card while recording or loading the image could cause damage to the data.
■
If you want to save all images on the SmartMediaCard. affix the protection label to protection tab on the SmartMediaCard.
